Past Indefinite Tense 

हिन्‍दी वाक्‍यों के अंत में गया, दिया, आया, दी, की, की एवं ता था, ती थी, ते थे आदि आते है।

A) Affirmative Sentence:-

Subject + V 2^nd Form +Object

1) I went.
    मैं गया/ मैं जाता था।  

2) You went to school.
     तुम स्‍कूल गये/ तुम स्‍कूल जाते थे। 

3) They Went.
4) We went.
5) Ram and sonu went.
6) He went to market.
7) She went to market.
8) Ram went to office.

B) Negative Sentence:-

Subject + did not + V 1st  Form +Object

1) I did not go.
2) You did not go.
3) They  did not go.
4) We did not go. 
5) Ram and sonu did not go.
6) He did not go to market.
7) She did not go to market.
8) Ram did not go to office.

C) Interrogative Sentence:-

did + Subject + V 1st  Form +Object

1) Did I go?
2) Did you go?
3) Did they go?
4) Did we go?
5) Did ram and sonu go?
6) Did he go to market?
7) Did she go to market?
8) Did ram go to office?

D) Interrogative Negative Sentence:-

didn't + Subject + V 1st  Form +Object ?

1) Didn't I go?
2) Didn't you go?
3) Didn't they go?
4) Didn't we go?
5) Didn't ram and sonu go?
6) Didn't he go to market?
7) Didn't she go to market?
8) Didn't ram go to office?

E) Wh Family Interrogative Sentence:-

WH + did + Subject + V 1st  Form +Object

1) Why did i go?
2) When did you go?
3) Where did they go?
4) With whom did we go?
5) At what time did ram and sonu go?
6) When did he go to market?
7) How did she go to market?
